The I.G.C.R. is an extremely versatile machine designed to insert any shape and size of metal hook into various models of plastic coat-hanger. It can produce over 2,000 pieces an hour. The coat-hangers are loaded manually or using a robotised system that works on templates attached to a conveyor belt: these templates can be of various lengths, according to the customer's requirements. The metal hooks are manually loaded into a vibrator container that positions them so that they may be inserted into the coat-hangers. The coat-hanger complete with hook is then unloaded automatically. The I.G.C.R. may also be fitted with a hot-press unit or a coat-hanger label fixing unit.
