The T.R.M.P.G. is an automatic machine for the assembly of skirt-hangers featuring two plastic clips with a metal spring.It can produce 1,000 pieces an hour. The coat-hanger staffs complete with hook are loaded either manually or via robot or to the I.G.C.R. machine. Plastic clips and metal springs are manually introduced into the vibrator's special containers, and are then fed to the machine's arm. The assembled skirt-hangers are unloaded from the machine according to the required size. The T.R.M.P.G. can also be fitted with a hot-press unit or a coat-hanger label fixing unit.
